Nicole has a double major in Psychology from the University of NSW and a Masters in Psychology from the University of Sydney. She has worked in both the private and public health sectors assisting people of all ages with everyday issues as well as those suffering from an intellectual delay, psychiatric impairment or problems with cognition including dementia.

She has provided assessment and clinical management to adults, children and couples and assisted them clinically and medicolegally. With almost 40 years of clinical experience, she has acted as a mentor to young psychologists during their intern years, granting her the status of honorary staff member at the University of Western Sydney. In the past she has provided board recognised supervision as a registered AHPRA psychologist and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society having held the prestigious post for a period as Chair of the Australian Psychological Society – Sydney Branch. She has served as an Army Psychologist with the Australian Defence Force, holding the rank of Captain in the Army Psychology Corp. for over 20 years, having also completed her course to Major.

Her diverse clinical career has meant she is often called upon to provide in-dependent expert advice in matters of litigation. In her clinical practice she is recognised as an Authorised Children’s Court Clinician, a registered Victim’s Services Counsellor, an accredited Work Cover provider and in the past an accredited Family Court 30A Expert. She provides bulk billing through Medicare, under a Mental Health Care Plan referred by a GP. She accepts referrals from lawyers and individuals as well as GPs and is registered to assist with counselling for Work Development Orders and is also registered with all Health Funds. She is able to assist with Capacity Assessments and medicolegal matters.
